INDIVIDUAL COACHING
Whatever stage you are at with your running, and whatever your goals might be, individual coaching is a great way to add some structure and purpose to your training. Whether you are new to the sport and looking to complete your first Parkrun, or a more experienced runner wanting to increase your distance or work towards a new PB, I can help. With targeted 1-2-1 sessions to work on form and technique and personalised training plans built to work around your other commitments and not against them, I am here to provide support, encouragement and accountability. I have worked with complete beginners right through to those taking on marathons and ultra-marathons and, as an experienced runner myself, I love nothing more than a good goal and a good plan!

1-2-1 sessions are available on an ad-hoc basis or as a regular booking. These sessions are always tailored to you and provide a good opportunity to really work on your form and technique through shorter intervals and drills or a more continuous run. All sessions are held at a mutually convenient location and last an hour.
Price: £25/session
Remote coaching is available on a monthly basis and includes:
- Bespoke training plan to suit your own personal goals and designed to fit around your life and other commitments
- General advice about running and training
- Email/text/phone support as required

Price: £35/month
Event coaching is a perfect short-term coaching option for getting you through a specific race or running event. This would usually take the form of a 10-16 week progressive training plan incorporating specific goal-appropriate sessions, regular check-ins to keep you on track and race-day advice and guidance. This can also be delivered for small groups - a great idea if there are a few of you going for the same goal and all training together! In-person coached sessions can be added on if required.
