ABOUT ME
My name is Hannah and I'm an England Athletics qualified Run Leader and Running Coach. My mission is simple - to provide you with the structure, support and accountability you need to reach your running goals.

My own running journey began on a running track at university in China (I'm sure not many people can say that!) I was so unfit at the time that I struggled to complete a single lap but I persevered and set myself the goal of running the London Marathon, which I eventually did a few years later when I was lucky enough to get a ballot place! Then I had children and running fell off my radar for a few years. After my second child was born I started again and it has since become a huge part of my life. I have raced across all distances from 5k to 50 miles and can usually be found leading groups on runs around Sheffield, running with friends, or out on my own enjoying the wonderful countryside we are so lucky to have on our doorstep.

My focus is always on enjoying the process. I believe that running should be fun and fit into your life in a positive way - enhancing it rather than adding stress or unnecessary pressure, whatever your goals.
