GROUP COACHING

Group sessions are great for adding some structure to your training in a supportive and fun environment. They are designed to give you an opportunity to work on your form and technique while also pushing yourself to increase your speed and endurance. Each session starts with a warm-up and some running drills and then progresses to some focused efforts (eg intervals, hill work etc) All sessions are fully inclusive and suitable for all abilities, although to get the most out of it you should be able to comfortably run for 30-40 minutes without stopping.

I also offer small group coaching for specific events, such as the Sheffield Half Marathon. This would usually take the form of a 10-16 week progressive training plan incorporating specific goal-appropriate sessions, regular check-ins to keep you on track and race-day advice and guidance. This is a great idea if there are a few of you going for the same goal and all training together! In-person coached sessions can be added on if required.

Prices start from £70 for a 10 week programme. Contact me for more information.
